Returns Policy
Postage Costs
Because you can order any variety of containers in any number we will calculate the delivery costs for every order.
What happens next?
Once we receive your email we will get back to you very quickly to firstly confirm your order and provide you with the total cost of your order including postage costs. We will provide our banking and Paypal details for payment to be made. As soon as payment is received we will pour your candles and ship your order out to you.
We will accept returns only if the candles and containers arrive damaged. When this occurs we will provide a full refund plus the cost of pastage to return the goods to us. Please understand that we must have the goods returned in order for us to recoup the costs with our delivery services.
We will not provide returns or refunds of our candles should you change your mind or not like the scent of the candles that you have ordered
The final step - picking your colours
Just prior to ordering you are at the final step - picking the colours of your candles. The colours we offer are - Red, green, blue, yellow, orange, bright pink, teal, black, brown, violet, purple, apricot, magenta, burgandy, blue green, wedgewood blue, cinnamon, golden honey, sky blue and honeydew.
